Our work begins with comprehensive land clearing and mass excavation, utilizing precision GPS grading to engineer a high-performance foundation for the vertical construction to follow.
This commitment to quality extends below the surface through the installation of underground utilities, including sanitary sewers, water mains, and dedicated fire lines. On the surface, we are managing the concrete and paving for Parkside Drive and the Centennial Parkway extension, incorporating all essential curbs, gutters, and pedestrian sidewalks.
We are also constructing the project’s signature concrete trail system, which will provide a direct, well-lit connection to Faulkner Park, seamlessly integrating this vibrant commercial hub with Tyler’s natural green spaces.
